THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS

Here’s some more detail on yesterday’s Kennel Club of Beverly Hills show. First the mystery Saluki in yesterday’s final was CH Hajji’s Porsche JP, who was bred by Marinell McCowen who co-owns her with handler Gerry Thorton. There were top ten dogs who did not make the final seven. The number nine dog, the Scottish Deerhound, CH Jarluv’s Ouija failed to place in the Hound Group and the number ten dog, the PembrokeWelsh Corgi, CH Coventry Vanity Fair finished the day with a Herding Group four.

The Affenpinscher, CH Tamarin Tug, arguable faced the toughest group, finishing ahead of the top Toy Poodle, CH Smash JP Moon Walk, the number eleven dog, the Pug, CH Tupelo Shoboat Tu China Tu, and the number five dog, the Brussels Griffon, CH Cilleine Masquerade. However, the Sealyham Terrier, also had to get by the number seven dog, the Scottish Terrier, the Welsh Terrier, Sanherpinc Paisa, and top Airedale Terrier, CH Stirling Cool Hand Luke. The Welsh Terrier bitch, bred and owned by Santiago Pinto of Medina OH and handled by Terrier maven, Wood Wornall, is a dog to watch.

Check back here tonight for the most up to date reports on today’s Los Encinos Kennel Club show.
