WINE COUNTRY KC DAY ONE



GCH CH Promenade Pay It Forward

We go next to the west coast where the Wine Country Kennel Club is hosting two shows in Napa CA.  Today’s final was in the hands of judge Alberto Berrios who chose his Best and Reserve from Field Spaniel. GCH CH Promenade Pay It Forward, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH M & M’s Fear the Beard, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Topaz Bad Action, the Smooth Fox Terrier, GCH CH Absolutely Talk of the Town, the Pomeranian, GCH CH CR Chase What Matters, the Bulldog, GCH CH Majestic I'm Her Man!, and the Beauceron, CH Bijou Noir Du Chateau Rocher HT.

He chose the Field Spaniel, Gideon, as his BIS and the PBGV, Wilson, as his RBIS.   Gideon is the Number Nine Sporting Dog with Five BIS and 24 Sporting Groups this year.

KALAMAZOO MI DAY THREE



GCH CH Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara

Lesley Hiltz had the final ring at today’s Kalamazoo Kennel Club show in that Michigan city.  The seven that stayed all day to see her were the English Setter, GCH CH Stargaz'R 'N Wingfield Time Will Tell, the Saluki, GCH CH Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Snowmist's Quicksilver Speigas, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Broxden Waybroke Halstan Heritage, the Shih Tzu, GCH CH Hallmark Jolei Bells Will Be Ringing, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Shine’s Deck the Halls, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Stonepillar’s Steel Blu.

Best went to the Saluki, Bubbles, and Reserve to the Bouvier, Blu.  Bubbles is the Number Five Hound with 15 BIS and 66 Hound Groups. 

HERNANDO COUNTY KC DAY ONE



GCH CH Cragsmoor Good Time Charlie

The Hernando County Kennel Club opened their two day stop in Brooksville FL and put Luc Boileau in the final ring with the English Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Fieldstone Carousel Hell's Kitchen, the Whippet, GCH CH Karasar’s Masterpiece, the Boxer, CH Araby High Pointe, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Cragsmoor Good Time Charlie, a Pomeranian from the classes, Starfire’s El Conquistador, the Standard Poodle, CH Targa Talk about Kaylens, and the Old English Sheepdog, CH Wynward’s Remember That.

Taking the top awards were the Skye, Charlie, and the Whippet, Juliet.  Charlie is the nation’s Number Seven Terrier with Ten BIS and 26 Terrier Groups.

DAY ONE IN WINSTON-SALEM NC



GCH CH Kenro’s Witching Hour

Ruth Zimmerman has just wrapped her final in Winston-Salem NC where the Furniture City Kennel Club is camped for two days.  Judge Zimmerman chose her top two from a seven that included the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH  CH Robin Crest Edelmarke Investigator, the Treeing Walker Coonhound, GCH CH Alexanders Gold Rush Xcetera, the Giant Schnauzer, GCH CH Kenro’s Witching Hour, the Welsh Terrier, GCH CH Shaireab’s Bayleigh Maid of Honor, the Chinese Crested, GCH CH Déjà vu I Want’a Talk About Me, the Dalmatian, GCH CH Rockstar Thanewood Freewheeling, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Karizma’s Ike of Edale.

She chose the Giant, Dora, as her BIS and the GSP, Vance.  Dora heads into the end of the season as the Number Four Dog All Breeds with 27 BIS and 66 Working Groups.

DAY FOUR IN SALISBURY MD



GCH CH Kiarry’s Pandora’s Box

Day four in Salisbury MD was full of drama starting with the Number Two Dog All Breeds, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse, running into a healthy entry of 41 dogs in the breed and ending the day with a Select award.

GCH CH Militza’s Cherie Amour

The Working Dog that made it to Anne Savory Bolus’ final was the Boxer, GCH CH Hi-Tech The King Of Sherry Shoot Jp,  Rounding out the final were the Irish Setter, GCH CH Militza’s Cherie Amour, the American Foxhound, GCH CH Kiarry’s Pandora’s Box, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH Crispy Legacy, the Pekingese, GCH CH Yakee’s Easily Persuaded, the Tibetan Spaniel, GCH CH Kan Sing’s Tenzin, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Ha’Penny Mirimar The Fab Fawn.

Taking home the BIS was the country’s top Hound, Jewel.  Collecting her second consecutive RBIS was the Irish Setter, Adele.  It was Jewel’s 31st BIS in 96 final appearances this year.
