DOG DAYS OF SUMMER

Graceland

We may not have a holiday weekend to tempt exhibitors this week, but we have 37 all breed shows in 14 locations across these United States.  Welcome to the dog days of summer!

In the Northeast fanciers can choose between two shows with the Ladies' Dog Club & Framingham District Kennel Club in Framingham MA or three shows with the Greater Philadelphia Dog Fanciers Association, the Huntingdon Valley Kennel Club, & the Burlington County Kennel Club in Wrightstown PA.  In the Mid Atlantic, you can catch two with the Charlottesville - Albemarle Kennel Club in Charlottesville VA.

Great Lakes residents can opt for two with the Toledo Kennel Club in Maumee OH or two with the Fox River Valley Kennel Club in Woodstock IL.  In the Heartland you can take it easy with the Southern Indiana’s two shows in Corydon IN or go all out at Purina Farms in Gray Summit MO where they will do a warm up on Thursday with the Gateway Sporting Dog Association & the Gateway Terrier Association, followed by four all breed shows hosted by the Mississippi Valley Kennel Club & the Missouri Rhineland Kennel Club.

Here in the MidSouth we will be taking in the local Olive Branch Mississippi Kennel Club shows just south of Graceland in Southaven MS.  In the deep south it will be four days on the Redneck Riviera in Biloxi MS with the Northlake Kennel Club Of Greater Covington & the Riverside West Kennel Club Of Greater New Orleans.  For those seeking wide open spaces try the Fargo-Moorhead Kennel Club’s pair of shows in West Fargo  ND or the three shows in Longmont CO courtesy of the Flatirons Kennel Club & the Metro Mile Hi Kennel Club.
