Charles Olvis was in Indianapolis today to choose his top
two of seven dogs trying to build their 2013 resume before coming here to New
York. The seven finalists at today’s
Central Indiana Kennel Club show were the Pointer, GCH CH Oncore Mykyna Storm,
the Basset Hound, GCH CH Topsfield-Sanchu Eenie Meeney Miney Moe, the Standard
Schnauzer, GCH CH Blackhawk’s Finnegan’s Wake, the Russell Terrier, GCH CH
Goldsands Columbus, the Maltese, GCH CH Scylla’s Small Kraft Re-Lit, the
Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Shine’s Deck The Halls, and the Bouvier des Flandres, I'm
Special Kountry Great Communicator.

His choices were the Shar-Pei, Tinsel, who took the BIS and
the Russell, Bosse, who took the Reserve.
It’s the first of the year for Tinsel, who finished last year with five
BIS and 19 Group Ones. Congratulations
to breeder/owner Rebecca Pentecost DVM, owners Deborah & Robert Cooper,
& Linda Teitelbaum, and handler Nina Fetter.
