YORK PA DAY TWO

GCH CH Pequest Easily Persuaded

There are other shows going on in the US other than in Louisville.  Our show week began on Wednesday in York PA with the hometown York Kennel Club.  Robert Hutton had the final for yesterday’s Lancaster Kennel Club show.  The seven dogs that stayed all day to see him were the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, GCH CH Chesastar Hudson Bay RN, the Whippet, C CH Cottonwood Vuitton, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek Impression de Matisse, the Lakeland Terrier, GCH CH Larkspur Acadia Save Me A Spot, the Pekingese, GCH CH Pequest Easily Persuaded, the Miniature Poodle, Bellefleets Living In The Fast Lane, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH PineHill's Payday Of HaysHill.

The two left at the end were the Peke, Rodger and the PWD, Matisse.  Rodger, owner handled by Pekingese specialist David Fitzpatrick, has maintained a relaxed show schedule so far this year.  Nonetheless he has managed two BIS and seven Toy Group top prizes, as well as a Group Three at this year’s Westminster Kennel Club show.
