We close our weekend reports with a report on the Seattle
Kennel Club’s two big shows in that Washington city.
GCH CH Tells Matrix Reloaded
Day one’s final featured Sari Brewster Tietjen in the final
ring with the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, CH Wyncliff's Dark Shadow, the
Afghan Hound, GCH CH Tells Matrix Reloaded, the Tibetan Mastiff, GCH CH Sierras'
Sasha - Yakone Nanuk, the Miniature Bull Terrier, GCH CH Cambria’s Kid N Play,
the Pomeranian, Randy’s Huckleberry’s Friend, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH
Brighton Lakeridge Encore, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Cobeauche
Jakabo Xavier.
Her top two were the Mini Bull, Kid, and the Standard
Poodle, Ally. We had an opportunity to
see Kid earlier this year in Portland OR and were impressed with his type and
engaging personality. So far this year
Kid and handler Luke Baggenstos have collected two BIS in three final
appearances.
GCH CH Sierras' Sasha - Yakone Nanuk
Sunday, David Bolus would see the same Afghan, TM, &
Standard Poodle, the Spinone Italiano, CH Javal Tangerine Man, the American
Staffordshire Terrier, GCH CH Alpine’s Ring of Fire, the Silky Terrier, GCH CH Tawny
Mist Myan Mystic, and the German Shepherd Dog, Windcrest Gun powder And Lead.
His top two were the Afghan, Matrix, and the TM, Sasha. The Afghan Hound from Sweden has been
thrilling judges and galleries coast to coast recently, picking up two BIS and
ten Hound Groups this year.
