WESTMINSTER CORGIS & COLLIES

CH Ryslip History Boy

All today’s breed judging has been completed and we did have an upset. The Pembroke Welsh Corgi. CH Coventry Vanity Fair, the 2008 top Herding Dog was BOS to CH Ryslip History Boy. Rough Collies went more to form with last year’s Herding Group Four winner, CH Sylvan Argent Simply Irresistible, taking the breed. “Sax” just turned three in November and has won two BIS already this year.

CH Sylvan Argent Simply Irresistible

Be sure to rejoin us at 7:45 tonight for our Garden Party, tune in to USA Network, and watch tonight's Hound, Terrier, Non-Sporting, and Herding Group judging with the Dog Show Poop readers and your host, Billy Wheeler. Comments will be unfettered and we should have a lively crowd and as much fun as you can have tonight, outside of Manhattan.

  1. Congratulations to the Rough Collie, "SAX" Ch Sylvan Argent Simply Irresistible. She will soon be the all-time Best In Show winner in breed history.

  3. I would love to see SAX take BIS at the Garden. She should be at her absolute peak of physical maturity this coming year, and it's been way too long since Laund Loyalty of Bellhaven back 192-something!
Also, I'd love to see some Poodles in the English Saddle Clip instead of the bare-as-baboon's-butt Continental Clip.

  4. God damn! Finally another poodle person who hates the continental clip. I'll be taking my three mini girls out in the ES this year and I can't wait to see the reactions I get!
