In an only-in-the-Northeast kind of weekend, fanciers spent Thursday & Friday in Yorktown Heights NY with the Saw Mill River Kennel Club and the Taconic Hills Kennel Club (read about it here), packed up and drove 45 miles down to Norwalk CT for Saturday’s Greenwich Kennel Club show, packed up and drove back to Yorktown Heights for the THKC’s day two show.

It was worth it for the Samoyed, GCH CH McMagic's Candied Ham Of Pebbles’Run, who took home her second BIS of the four day set.  Ron Spritzer also liked the Toy Poodle, GCH CH Smash Jp Sakura, whom he made RBIS.  Rounding out the final were the Golden Retriever, Sweetlea’s All Things Work Together For Good, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, GCH CH Shabani's Johnnie Walker Blue, the West Highland White Terrier, GCH CH Ashgate US Great Expectations, the French Bulldog, CH Rockydell Hotschott Sirius Dancer, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Get Over It.

Candie is the Number One Samoyed and the Number Seven Working Dog with three BIS and 12 Working Groups.
