Finishing one/two were the Springer, Maddux, and the Welsh Terrier, Jennie.   Maddux’ first BIS will make him the Number One Welsh Springer Spaniel all systems, and the only of his breed to win a BIS this year.  Congratulations to breeder/owner/handler Meghen Riese-Bassel , breeder/owner Sandra Holmes, co-breeder Charles Bassel, and owner Susan Doss.
