GCH CH Saks Winning Card

In the Deep South, fanciers were having a good old time in Lake Charles LA at the Calcasieu Kennel Club’s and the Acadiana Kennel Club’s four shows this past week.  Read about Thursday’s CKC show here.

GCH CH Willow Ridges Risky Business

At the CKC day two show on Friday, judge Linda More considered the Vizsla, GCH CH Regal Point Pinnacle of Kilauea JH, the Wirehaired Dachshund, CH Rinendell’s Hotwire, the Mastiff, GCH CH Willow Ridges Risky Business, the Norwich Terrier, CH Thunderwood’s First Robin of Spring, the Maltese, CH Rhapsody N Cherubs Oh So Henry, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Saks Winning Card, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Aubrey’s Tails of Mystery.

Picking up his second consecutive BIS was the Bichon, Bingo.  Getting the Reserve and the photo op was the Mastiff, Kruz.  Bingo would finish the set with two BIS, raising his 2013 total to eight.

GCH CH Winfall I Dream of Style

Saturday Bingo and handler Scott Sommer returned to try his luck with Col Joe Purkhiser.  Joining them in the Acadiana Kennel Club’s day one final were the English Springer Spaniel, Foxboro Rendition Top Call, the Saluki, Appalachia's Allamyrra Hajji, the Boxer, GCH CH Winfall I Dream of Style, the Lakeland Terrier, CH Hi-Kel Terrydale Fortune Forward, the previously seen Maltese, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Coventry Just a Little Crush.

He would choose the Boxer Macey as his BIS and the Bichon, Bingo, as his RBIS.  Macey and Michael Shepherd have been charming judges for three seasons now.  This year they have five BIS.
