RESULTS FROM GRAND JUNCTION CO

GCH CH Gentry‘s Braveheart

We have been impressed all week with the Grand Valley Kennel Club for having the moxey to stage four consecutive shows this week in Grand Junction CO.  In a time of general apathy in the dog show world, it is refreshing to come across a club with so much energy.  We did get and pass on results from the Thursday and Saturday shows.  Here’s the rest of the results.

On Friday Linda Scanlon went over the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH ChH Autumn’s Stardust And Rose OF, the 15” Beagle, CH Rockwood’s Milo Tipster, the Rottweiler, CH Parisans Helo Of Riverridge, the West Highland White Terrier, GCH CH Plum Creek’s Di’s Amazing Grace, the Pekingese, GCH CH Dunkirk Copyright, the Lhasa Apso, CH Sundancer Aleksandra, and the Rough Collie, GCH CH Gentry‘s Braveheart.  Her BIS was the Collie, Ivan.  The five year old has collected all three of his 2010 BIS in the last three weeks.  Whatever, you’re doing, keep doing it.

GCH CH R And G’s Mystical Dancer

Alane Gomez closed the GVKC’s ambitious weekend with the above named GSP, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, CH Invictus Nightmare Before Xmas JC, the Boxer, GCH CH R And G’s Mystical Dancer, the Kerry Blue Terrier, CH Troian Onyx At Torum, the Maltese, CH Rhapsody Regarding Henry, the American Eskimo Dog, GCH CH Silveroak’s First & Foremost, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Enchanted’s American Thunder.  Best went to the Boxer, Danny.  We are glad to see Danny getting his due.  It’s the third all breed BIS for Danny who has now logged 29 Working Group Firsts this year.
