We had a very busy & eventful dog show week. If you didn’t stay up late to read about the battles raging in Oregon & Florida be sure to go to the archives and catch up. Because we are old and get confused easily, we are going to start in the East and work out way west to give you the most complete dog show coverage anywhere.

CH Fireside’s Spontaneous Combustion

They completed three of four shows in West Friendship MD. We gave you the results of Friday’s & Saturday’s show earlier. Sunday it was the Annapolis Kennel Club with Thomas Feneis in the final ring. He saw the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, CH Fireside’s Spontaneous Combustion, Friday’s BIS winner the Scottish Deerhound, CH Foxcliffe Hickory Wind, Saturday’s BIS winner, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Allure Blazing Star Alisaton, the Irish Terrier, CH Fleet Street Fenway Fan, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, CH Sheebas Diamonds Are Forever, the Lowchen, CH Chic Choix Bihar Cuba, and the Bearded Collie, CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins.

Best In Show was the WPG, Buster. Buster ended last year as the number two WPG with two all breed BIS & 17 Sporting Group top prizes. Congratulations to breeder/owner Elaine Hunsicker, co-owner Sharon D Young, and handler Michelle Scott.
