CH Absolutely Talk of the Town

We awake this morning to results from the Northern California and the Richmond Dog Fanciers Club show in Dixon CA.  We were anxious to see if the country’s Number One Dog, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH AfterAll Painting the Sky, would add another BIS to answer the win posted by the Number Two Dog, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse, earlier on Saturday.

But it was not to be.  Sky would suffer a rare defeat in the Terrier Group by one of our Dogs2Watch, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Absolutely Talk of the Town.  Taylor advanced to Fred Bassett’s final along with the Irish Water Spaniel, GCH CH Whistle Stop's Wind On The Water, the Basset Hound, GCH CH Topsfield-Sanchu Eenie Meenie Miney Moe, the Alaskan Malamute, CH Peace River and Wing’s Aviator, the Pomeranian, GCH CH CR Chase What Matters, the Keeshond, GCH CH Summerwind’s Rumor Has It, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Woodstock’s Belle Star.

Judge Bassett would name Taylor his Best and the Basset, Tiger, his reserve.  It’s the eighth BIS in 22 final appearances this year for Taylor and handler Eddie Boyes.
