Judge Hutton would go with a new two, the Yorkie, Billy, and the Setter, Carter.  Surprisingly, this is the first BIS in seven final appearances for Billy.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Kim Goldfarb and handler Kirsten McGregor.

  1. Actually, Brother has 7 BIS and over 50 group firsts. Thanks, Sarah Krickeberg
