GCH CH Wolf Creek Galaxy of Merivern
The big points in Canfield OH this weekend has resulted in
some dramatic matchups. Today the
country’s Number Four Dog All Breeds, the Giant Schnauzer, GCH CH Kenro’s
Witching Hour, held off the Number Two Dog, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s
Impression de Matisse, in Carolyn Alexander’s Working Group to advance to today’s
Mahoning-Shenango Kennel Club final.

Joining Dora and handler in Christopher Moore’s final were
the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, GCH CH Chesastar Hudson Bay RN, the American
Foxhound, GCH CH Kiarry’s Pandora’s Box, the Welsh Terrier, GCH CH Shaireab
Bayleigh Maid of Honor, the Pug, GCH CH Hill Country Tag I’m It, the Bichon
Frise, GCH CH Overtops And The Winner Is, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH
Wolf Creek Galaxy of Merivern.
Dora would take home the RBIS, but the big winner was the
GSD, Galaxy, taking home possibly the biggest win of his impressive
career. Galaxy and handler Scott Yergin
have eight BIS in 37 final appearances,
good enough to make the nation’s Number One German Shepherd the Number
Three Herding Dog.
