We begin our Monday Morning Mop Up in New England with Saturday’s
Pioneer Valley Kennel Club show in Greenfield MA. Frank Washabaugh chose his top two from the
Vizsla, GCH CH Cinnabar’s Sasco Finale, the Black & Tan Coonhound, CH Southchase’s
Wilbert Roy, the Saint Bernard, GCH CH Jamelle’s Aristocrat v Elba CGC RN, the
Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Bluestone Mirror Mirror, the Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH
Kimro’s n Spivas Super Trooper, the Dalmatian, GCH CH Canal-Side’s Imperator,
and the Border Collie, GCH CH Lucky for You Gangster PT.

He liked the Vizsla, Geri, for the BIS and the MinPin, Trooper,
as his RBIS. It’s the first AKC BIS for
Geri and handler Cliff Steele.

GCH CH Whistlestop’s Riley on Fire
Exhibitors packed up and motored 35 miles up the road to Keene
NH for Sunday’s Cheshire Kennel Club show.
The seven dogs that stayed all day to see BIS judge David Kirkland were
the Irish Water Spaniel, GCH CH Whistlestop’s Riley on Fire, the Afghan Hound,
GCH CH Exlysta Aries Ciel Noir, the Boxer, GCH CH Draco Greets Dassin With
Fourbears, the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, CH Bradberry s Mackanme High
Society Reese, the MinPin, Trooper, the Keeshond, GCH CH Foxfair Rudy Valentino,
and the Belgian Tervuren, GCH CH Mishaook Lulu At Chateau Blanc HSCs.
GCH CH Exlysta Aries Ciel Noir
The two that left with the Best In Show and Reserve were the
IWS, Riley, and the Afghan, Ryder. Riley
is the country’s Number One Irish Water Spaniel and the Number Three Sporting
Dog with 11 BIS and 31 Sporting Groups.
