TWO FIRST TIMERS IN MINNESOTA

CH Rios Fino Monster

Our next stop is in St Peter MN where the Key City Kennel Club hosted two shows last weekend.  Saturday’s final featured judge James Reynolds and the Labrador Retriever, GCH CH Tande Grand Finale, the Longhaired Dachshund, GCH CH Hundeleben Live And Let Live SL, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Rios Fino Monster, the Airedale Terrier, GCH CH Epochs Time Bandit, the Pug, CH Belaire’s Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, the Dalmatian, CH Folklore Celtic Crossfire Trail, and the Rough Collie, CH Highcroft A Grateful Heart.

The two he liked were the Doberman, Patton, and the Pug, Gibbs.  It’s the first AKC BIS for Patton who holds titles in several countries.  Congratulations to breeders/owners Karen & Kayla Beskau, owner Charlsie Haynor, and handler Dave A Slattum.

CH Belaire’s Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs

Patton and Gibbs would be back on Sunday to plead their case with Shirley Limoges.  Joining them were the Flat-Coated Retriever, GCH CH Heirborn Moor Bang For The Buck, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Kryslaurs Blueprint Carbon Copy, the above named Airedale & Dalmatian, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Ninebark Silver Buttons.

Judge Limoges would like the same two, but would place them the other way round, with the Pug, Gibbs, BIS and the Doberman, Patton, RBIS.  It’s also Gibb’s first BIS.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Elizabeth Sedlak and handler Doug Huffman.
