The Hatboro Dog Club’s day one show today kicked off the big Terrier focused week in Pennsylvania. More than 1000 of the 1835 dogs entered at today’s show belong to the Terrier Group. Today and tomorrow’s shows are in Wrightstown PA, some 30 miles north of Philadelphia.
The Terrier that Michael Buckley sent forward was the Irish Terrier, CH Kell's Touch Of Fleet St. Rounding out the Terrier placements were the Kerry Blue Terrier, GCH CH Perrisblu Kennislain's Chelsey, the Smooth Fox Terrier, GCH CH Slyfox Sneak's A Peek, & the Australian Terrier, GCH CH Abq San Isidro Christhill.
Carole Beattie had the day one final and her choice of the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, the Whippet, GCH CH Starline’s Chanel, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Pouch Cove's Mizrahi, the above named Irish Terrier, the Affenpinscher, GCH CH Banana Joe V Tani Kazari, the Miniature Poodle, GCH CH Surrey Sugar Baby, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Babheim’s Captain Crunch.
Day one and all those points went to the not yet two year old Irish Terrier, his first BIS. We are still gathering details on this guy, but we can tell you that he was bred by American Kelly Wamsler, who now lives in Germany, is owned by English judge Tony Barker, and is handled by New England resident Robert (RC) Carusi. Our hearty congratulations to them all.
Dodger is owned by Mr. Barker and by RC and Shari Carusi and shown by RC and Shari.
ReplyDeleteI took that info from the Montgomery County Catalog. I assume RC entered it that way.
ReplyDeleteOpps, actually, he is owned by Shari Carusi and Tony Barker. RC does show him. typo on my part!
