The Texas Tour draws the biggest names and the biggest this year is the Number One Dog All Breeds, the German Shepherd, Rumor, who took home her 50th BIS of the year and her 87th Herding Group. The RBIS went to Friday’s BIS winner, the Swissy, Gus.
