Great Lakes fanciers celebrated the Fourth in Monroe MI where the Ann Arbor Kennel Club is hosted two shows this weekend. Saturday ended with judge Allen Odom in the final ring with the Clumber Spaniel, GCH CH Clussexx Man of Steel, the Saluki, GCH CH Baghdad Missdemanor, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Kamtera’s Legato, the Smooth Fox Terrier, GCH CH Hampton Court Broxden What in Carnation, the Pug, GCH CH AzaleaNapplewood’s Take Me There, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Hillwood Dassin Ouspenskaya, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Copperridge’s Unforgettable.

The two taking the top prizes were the Doberman, Legato with the BIS and the Smooth Fox, Debbie, with the RBIS. Legato is the nation’s Number One Doberman Pinscher and Number Six Working Dog with four BIS and 16 Working Groups this year.
