GCH CH Ashdowns Time to Thrill

These past two days have been devastating for the areas around our hometown of Memphis, with 25 dead in nearby communities in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. We feel blessed to have experienced nothing more severe than torrential rain, flash floods, and the loss of our TV and internet services for 24 hours.

We are now back on line and will renew our weekend wrap up by telling you that the Black Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Ashdowns Time to Thrill, picked up back2back BIS at the Fort St Clair Kennel Club shows in Eaton OH. On Saturday Alan was Dr Gareth Morgan-Jones’ BIS and the Toy Fox Terrier, GCH CH Ultra Quest Go For The Gold, was her RBIS. Rounding out her final were the Wirehaired Dachshund, GCH CH Leorallee’s Bay Watch MW, the Boxer, CH Rummer Runs Black Magic, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Desire of Love Dell Antica Caledonia, the Boston Terrier, CH Sunwood Because I am Bob That’s Why, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Stonepillar Steel Blu. Bouvier des Flandres.

On Sunday BIS judge Houston Clark would consider the same Dachshund, Skye, & Bouvier, the Mastiff, GCH CH Goldleaf's Trouble Coming CGC, the Shih Tzu, GCH CH Hallmark Jolei Rocket Power, and the Dalmatian, GCH CH Koira Guardian of the Longbow, before naming Alan his Best and the Bouvier, Blu, his Reserve Alan is currently the nation’s Number One Black Cocker, and Number Four Sporting Dog with three BIS and 20 Sporting Groups.

  1. Billy, many thanks for your great coverage. Just a note that Dr. Gareth Morgan-Jones is a gentleman, so perhaps "his" line-up rather than "her."
