This time Finn, the Collie, would grab the BIS and Bella, the Doberman, would take the RBIS.  It’s the first BIS in  six final appearances this year for the nation’s Number One Rough Collie.  Congratulations to breeders/owners Jacqueline A Caruso & Ronald Caruso and handler Peter Denbow.
