BIS IN MISSOURI & MICHIGAN

GCH CH Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara

Yesterday we told you how well the Saluki, GCH CH Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara, and the Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH Marlex Classic Red Glare, did a week ago out in the Pacific Northwest.  This week Bubbles and Classie were in Missouri and Michigan collecting BIS.

Bubbles was in Sedalia MO on Friday for the Jefferson City Missouri Kennel Club’s opener.  Joining her in Susan St John-Brown’s final were the Labrador Retriever, Charm’s No More Credit, the Black Russian Terrier, GCH CH Valkyrie’s Funny Girl RN, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, GCH CH Cumhill Hellraiser, the Affenpinscher, GCH CH Xela’s Party Hat, the Miniature Poodle, CH Raziel She’s A Star For Juniper, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Grandgables Jolie Victor Ludorum.  Bubbles took home her first of two big rosettes of the stop and the Sheltie, Ludo, collected the reserve ribbon.

At Saturday’s day two show judge Thomas Touzel went over the Parti-Color Cocker Spaniel, Sugarfrance Shasta Sunshine, the Saluki, Bubbles, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Blue Max Pretty Woman V Encore, the same StaffyBull, the Chinese Crested, GCH CH Deja Vu I Want A Talk About Me, the Standard Poodle, Vic-Tori’s Love Letters, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Mcmatt’s Autumn Breeze. 

Judge Touzel would like the Australian Shepherd, Breezy, for the BIS and the Cocker, Shasta, as his RBIS.  It’s the second this year for Breezy and handler Paul Catterson in six trips to the final ring.

GCH CH Foxbend Colour Me More

Bubbles and handler Erin Roberts would be back on Sunday to collect another BIS win, this one from judge Jack Ireland.  Judge Ireland would also like the Parsons Russell Terrier, GCH CH Foxbend Colour Me More, more than he liked the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH CH Kan-Point’s Makin’ The Chase, the Bullmastiff, CH Newcastle’s Cutting Edge, the above named Affenpinscher, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Nustar Dolly Pardon Me Boys, or the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Kingsbury Tail Ridge Road.

Bubbles is the country’s Number One Saluki and the Number Five Hound with seven BIS and 36 Hound Groups.

The Min Pin, Classie, took in the Ann Arbor Kennel Club’s two shows in Monroe MI and went home with two more Toy Groups and another BIS.  The BIS came at Saturday’s day one show under judge Patti Widdick Neale.  Joining them were the American Water Spaniel, GCH CH Waterway Game Crk Hot Diggity JH, a Smooth Dachshund from the classes, Grandgables Ms French Kiss, the Newfoundland, CH Pouch Cove’s Seabrook Enough Said, the Russell Terrier, GCH CH Goldsands Columbus, her RBIS, the Standard Poodle, CH By Request Bon Mot, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Stonepillar’s Steel Blu.

The win brings Classie’s official BIS total at 34 BIS and 63 Toy Groups.

On Sunday judge Debra Thornton would make the Great Dane, GCH CH Longo Miller N Lore's Diamond Lil, BIS and the Treeing Walker Coonhound, GCH CH Alexanders Gold Rush Xcetera, RBIS while Classie, the Brittany, GCH CH Brookewood's Just Too Hot CDX MX MXB MXJ MJB XF, the same Russell Terrier, Bosse, the Dalmatian, GCH CH Bret D N Engine Co To The Rescue, and the Bearded Collie, CH Daybar’s For Your Eyes Only.
