DID YOU KNOW THAT?

CH Quiet Creek’s Kiss and Tell

Our west coast fanciers had their choice of Woodland CA or Klamath Falls OR this weekend.  The Camellia Capital Kennel Club was the host in Woodland and they asked Garry Newton to select his Best from the Golden Retriever, CH Dalane Doizaki Buckingham's Pride, the Bloodhound, CH Quiet Creek’s Kiss and Tell, the Alaskan Malamute, CH Catanya's Latin Lover, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Slyfox Sneaks A Peek, the Maltese, CH Richelieu’s Sugar Rush, the French Bulldog, CH Highwood’s Big Shot, and the Bouvier des Flandres, CH  Mon Amie Dragon Rider.  He went with the Bloodhound, Kissy.  When this girl won her first all breed Best back in January, we thought we might be seeing her again.  Congratulations on number two to breeders/owners Susan Lacroix & Heather Whitcomb and handler Bruce F Schultz.

CH Avalon Frontier Sleepnlady Webber

Meanwhile exhibitors in the Pacific Northwest capped the four show weekend with the second day with the Klamath Dog Fanciers.  Helen Winski Stein’s final included the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, CH JavaHill Steal My Heart RA JH, the Petit Bassett Griffon Vendeen, CH Soletrader Donald Duck, the Portuguese Water Dog, CH Aviators Luck Be A Lady, the Lakeland Terrier, CH Char Dar's Merry Manhattan, the Affenpinscher, CH Tamarin Top Banana, the Keeshond, CH Shamrock's Captain Stormalong, and the Bouvier des Flandres, CH Avalon Frontier Sleepnlady Webber.  She chose the impressive Bouvier, Webber.   It’s the second all breed BIS for Webber and handler Larry Fenner.  Did you know that only one dog has won more Herding Groups this year?
