CH Pikkinokka Badgr Sir Barksalot

In Lawton OK, the Lawton Dog Fanciers Association posted a pair of shows this weekend. Saturday’s event was in the capable hands of Joe Tacker who had the company of the Field Spaniel, CH Bitterblue’s here Comes Da Judge, the Afghan Hound, CH Landwehr Wildfire, the Portuguese Water Dog, CH Driftwood’s I Have A Dream, the West Highland White Terrier, CH Arbroath’s Rosewood Rise N’ Shine, the Shih Tzu, CH Symarun’s Look N Good, the Finnish Spitz, CH Pikkinokka Badgr Sir Barksalot, and the Old English Sheepdog, CH To-Jo Holiday Misletoe Lanward.

It was the Finnish Spitz, taking home the big rosette, the first for his breed this year. Our hearty congratulations to Barkley’s breeder Mathilde A Niquidet and owners Michelle Badger & Holly M Leftwich.

On Sunday James E Frederiksen would see Barkley and four of Saturday’s finalists, the Field Spaniel, the PWD, the Westie, & the Shih Tzu. They were joined by the Norwegian Elkhound, CH Vin-Melca’s Master Card & the Australian Shepherd, CH Rainyday’s For Your Eyes Only. Sunday’s Best was all decked out in white, West Highland White, as Geordie picked up his seventh BIS of the year.

  1. Finally a win from a finkie more judges need yo put this breed up.

  2. I couldn't agree more! I wish more judges would recognize Finish spitz, especially if they are really great ones like the boy who won in Lawton, OK.
