Most of America is recovering from a weekend of too much barbeque and beer, but here we are still trying to assemble the weekend’s dog show results for you. Let’s start, as we like to do, on the east coast.

CH Gleneagle’s Who’s Famous Now MW

On Saturday in West Friendship MD the Upper Marlboro Kennel Club asked Alfred Ferruggiaro to make the Best In Show decision. His choices were the English Cocker Spaniel Brasswinds Remember When, the Wirehaired Dachshund, CH Gleneagle’s Who’s Famous Now MW, the Great Pyrenees, CH Rivergroves Trump This, the Miniature Schnauzer, CH Earthsong Remedy For The Blues, the Toy Poodle Smash Jp Moon Walk, the Bichon Frise, CH Risgae's Duke Of Wessex, and the Belgian Sheepdog, CH La Neige’s Kodak Moment.

His BIS was the country’s number one Wirehaired Dachshund, Noah. It was Noah’s first all breed BIS of the year. Congratulations to breeders Lisa Kennell & Carol Leggat, owners Ann Bischel & Chris Erickson, and handler Angela Lloyd.

CH Rivergroves Trump This

Sunday, it was Lorraine Bisso with BIS duty for the National Capital Kennel Club. She would have the company of the English Cocker, the Pyrenees, the Irish Wolfhound, CH Dun Myrica Speaker Of Eagle, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Foxlorr Double Dare, the Papillion, CH Arkeno’s Ears To You, the Miniature Poodle, CH Splash Di Caprio, and the Bouvier des Flandres, CH Wise Choice Gellato.

Sunday would belong to the big, white dog, the Pyrenees, Trump. Trump has been making an all out charge on dogdom with seven BIS since early May. We will be back in a moment with more.
