GOLD COUNTRY KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH Naughty Norteno's Clik Clik Bang 

Grass Valley CA was the site of the Gold Country Kennel Club’s two show this past weekend. The seven who made it to judge Diane Young McCormack’s final were the Labrador Retriever, CH Quail Runs Long Drink Of Silence RN, the Borzoi, GCH CH Majenkir Bookstor Vintage Glamour, the Giant Schnauzer, GCH CH Skansen’s Leather & Lace Of Twilight, the Cairn Terrier, GCH CH Hjohoo's Save Hjour Love For Me, the Havanese, GCH CH Bellatak Vallee’s Maximum Dream, the Boston Terrier, GCH CH Naughty Norteno's Clik Clik Bang, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH PaRay Preferential.

 Best went to the Boston, Tommy, and Reserve to the Cairn, Lexie. It was the first for Tommy. Congratulations to breeders/owners Marshan Derby Fish & Kevin Bobby Norton, and handler Lauren House. GCH CH Promenade Pay It Forward Tommy and Lexie would be the only of Saturday’s finalists to see BIS judge Charlotte Patterson on Sunday. Also challenging for the top prizes were the Field Spaniel, GCH CH Promenade Pay It Forward, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH M&M’s Fear The Beard, the Boxer, GCH CH Hijinx This Is How I Roll, the Pomeranian, GCH CH Mythical Traveling In Style, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Bon Idee’s London Calling. 

GCH CH Promenade Pay It Forward

Taking home the BIS was the Field Spaniel, Gideon. Copping the RBIS was Tommy, the Boston. Gideon is the nation’s Number Three Sporting Dog with 11 BIS this year.
