GIANT BEGINNING IN KENTUCKY



GCH CH Kenro’s Witching Hour

The long weekend offers a variety of multiple days venues.  The longest in Lexington KY where the Lexington Kennel Club, the Northern Kentucky Kennel Club, and the Mid-Kentucky Kennel Club have teamed up for five shows.  With better than 5300 dogs entered, the Bluegrass Classic has drawn dozens of our Top 100 Dogs All Breeds.

The LKC opened the cluster on Thursday and put judge Gary Newton in the final ring with the English Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Foxwoods Dublin Diva, the Longhaired Dachshund,  GCH CH Sweetgrass Johann Tipper, the Giant Schnauzer, GCH CH Kenro’s Witching Hour, the Pug, GCH CH Hill Country Tag I’m It, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Vogelflight’s “Honor “ to Pillowtalk, and the Puli, GCH CH Cordmaker Topsy Turvey.

Taking the top two prizes were the Giant, Dora, and the Bichon, Honor.   Dora has spent the summer climbing up the rankings and is now the nation’s Number Four Dog All Breeds with 18 BIS and 46 Working Groups.
