The Chambersburg Area Kennel Club opened the four day stay in Centre Hall PA yesterday with their first of two all breed shows.  The day one final fell to Christopher Tilghman Neale, who chose his top two from an all star line up, the German Wirehaired Pointer, GCH CH Mt View’s Ripsnorter Silver Charm, the Whippet, GCH CH Sporting Fields Bahama Sands, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Protocol’s Veni Vidi Vici, the Scottish Terrier, GCH CH Lomondview Clementina, the Affenpinscher, GCH CH Banana Joe V Tani Kazari, the Dalmatian, GCH CH Spotlight’s Ruffian, and the Beauceron, GCH CH Beowolf Rime des Monts du Lac .

BIS went to the country’s Number One Dog all Breeds, the GWP, Oakley, and RBIS went to the country’s Number Three Dog All Breeds, the Doberman, FiFi.  Here at mid-year, Oakley is on track to have a 100,000 point season with 36 all breed Bests so far this year.

  1. what year (at least since you have been keep track) has had the most points at the end of the year and how many was it?

    1. The Scotish Terrier, CH Roundtown Mercedes Of Maryscot, defeated 122,358 dogs in 2009, the most in the last six years. My recollection is that the Kerry Blue Terrier, CH Torum's Scarf Michael, had over 140,000 points, but I have been unable to verify which year that was.

  2. Oakley is beautiful!
