VALLEJO CA DAY FOUR

GCH CH Aashtoria’s Wildhunt Hidden Agenda

They just wrapped up the four day weekend in Vallejo CA with Dr John Reeves-Newson’s final.  Occupying the Oakland Kennel Club’s BIS ring were the English Setter, GCH CH Oakley’s B‘Dazzled, the Borzoi, GCH CH Aashtoria’s Wildhunt Hidden Agenda, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Topaz Silver Lining, the Norwich Terrier, CH Ascot Sanspur at Yarrow, the Pekingese, GCH CH Windemere‘s Dusting of White at Pevyne, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Victoire Gerie No Lemon Gemstone, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH PaRay’s Wicked.

Best went to the Borzoi, Casper.  It’s the first BIS this year for Casper and owner/handler Stuart McGraw, who finished 2011 with one all breed BIS and 17 Hound Groups.  Congratulations to Stuart, breeders Robin Riel & Ariel Duncan, and owners Robin & Charles Riel.

  1. I really enjoy coming to this site on Mondays to see the BIS's! It's always a nice surprise to see many different breeds doing well. MS

  2. Agreed. And this is a very good Borzoi; have had the pleasure of seeing him in the flesh several times and he's only getting better. Congrats to all involved.

BTW-we heard that there was a show in Alaska this weekend, and the Japanese Chin, Mimi, went Best again (she just went Best in Kansas within the last 2 weeks). She's on a roll!
