DAYS TWO & THREE IN ORLANDO FL

GCH CH Marlex Classic Red Glare

Floridians were treated to three days of shows in Orlando this past week.  You can read about Friday’s Brevard Kennel Club show here.

The rest of the weekend was dominated by the Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH Marlex Classic Red Glare, who copped the top prizes at both Saturday’s Central Florida Kennel Club & Sunday’s Space Coast Kennel Club Of Palm Bay.  Saturday judge Dr Wanda Spediacci chose Classie over the Pointer, GCH CH Solivia's Kalahari of Marsuz, the 13” Beagle, CH Skyline’s Dream Big, the Rottweiler, GCH CH Cammcastle’s My Gigolo, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Cragsmoor Buddy Goodman, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Hightide Eclipse, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, CH Telltail Like a Rolling Stone.

Sunday Classie and owner/handler Armando Angelbello were accompanied in Stephanie Hedgepath’s final by the English Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Edgewood Casino Celebrity, the Whippet, GCH CH Karasar’s Masterpiece, the Giant Schnauzer, GCH CH Skansen’s Holy Knight, the aforementioned Skye & Poodle, and the Puli, GCH CH Cordmaker Rumpus Bumpus.

The wins bring Classie’s 2011 resume to eight BIS, half of which have come in the last five weeks.  That should improve the rankings a bit.
