VALENCIA VALLEY KC OF NM

 CH Scentasia’s Double Trouble

In New Mexico the place to be this week was Los Lunas, 25 miles south of Albuquerque, where the New Mexico Toy Group Club & the Valencia Valley Kennel Club of New Mexico each gave us .two shows.  The VVKCNM took over on Saturday and asked Gloria Kerr to do the day one final.  She had her pick of the German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH CH Autumn’s Stardust And Roses, the Otterhound, CH Scentasia’s Double Trouble, the Rottweiler, CH Steinplatz Just Incredible, the Border Terrier, GCH CH Meadowlake Whistler At Amberly, the Yorkshire Terrier, GCH CH Turyanne Always Love Miracle, the French Bulldog, GCH CH Highwood’s Big Shot, and the German Shepherd Dog’s, GCH CH Enchanted’s American Thunder.  BIS went to the country’s Number One Otterhound, Emma, her first all breed BIS.  We can’t tell you how delighted we are to see an Otterhound in the BIS reports.  Emma has been knocking on the door for a while.  Congratulations to breeders Ann L Hawley, E Conway, D Emery, & M Hawley, owners Sherri K Malone & Mike Couch, and handler Michael Brantley.  Our thanks to Team Emma for keeping this charming breed before the public eye.

GCH CH Enchanted’s American Thunder

On Sunday Clay Coady would see the same GSP, Frenchie, & GSD, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH Dehra’s Amazona Bvlgari, the Rottweiler, Nighthawk’s Kiss And Tell The World, the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, CH Trigo’s Relantago, and the Pomeranian, GCH CH Horizon’s A Fly On The Wall.  BIS went to the GSD, Stormy.  Stormy has been kicking up dust all over the country in the last 90 days and handler Clint Livingston now have accumulated five all breed BIS this year.  We think that Storm is a DOG2WATCH.

  1. Otterhound owners everywhere are overjoyed at Emma's BIS. As one of those owners, thanks for the kind words about our breed. They are indeed charming and worthy of watching in the ring as well as in tracking and agility.
