GCH CH Casablanca‘s Thrilling Seduction

We have partial show results from our other major venue this weekend, Atlanta GA.  The Douglasville Kennel Club  of Georgia opened the all breed competition with Madison Weeks seeing the seven whittled down from 1700 entries.  His choice for BIS was the US’ Number Seven Dog All Breeds, the Black  Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Casablanca‘s Thrilling Seduction.  Among the other finalists were the Whippet, CH Bo-Bett's Speed demon, the Boxer, GCH CH Carillon's MVP, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Cragsmoor Buddy Goodman, the Pekingese, CH PalaceGarden Malachy, the the Miniature Poodle, CH Campostela The Perfect Storm, and the Briard, CH Diors Copper Mine. Beckham and handler Linda Pitts have garnered 18 all breed BIS this year.  More importantly, they have represented the best of what an AKC show dog should be, always on, always beautifully presented, and always looking like he could do the job he was bred for.

  1. The Boxer GCH Carillon's MVP shown by Rick Justice won the Working Group.

  2. The Non-Sporting Group 1 winner was the Miniature Poodle "Cane", CH Compastela The Perfect Storm. The Standard Poodle was Group 2 on Friday.

  3. "Beckham" just floats in the ring, he is gorgeous! Congrats to Mike and Linda!!
