PERSISTENCE PAYS OFF IN MARYLAND

CH Genesis Silverado

The Afghan Hound, CH Genesis Silverado, started his week in Bel Alton MD with a BIS at the Hounds only Potomac Hound Club show on Thursday.  He followed that with Group Ones at the Southern Maryland Kennel Club’s two shows on Friday and Saturday.  Today Dylan took home the top prize at the Rock Creek Kennel Club show.  His worthy opponents in Anne Hearn’s ring were the Vizsla, CH Artisan Grouse Point Pink Panther JH, the great Pyrenees, CH Rivergrove’s Trump This, the Miniature Schnauzer, CH Earthsong Remedy For The Blues, the Toy Poodle, CH Smash Jp Moon Walk, the Bulldog, CH Kepley’s Showbiz Razzle Dazzle, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, CH Riverside In The Dark Zone.  That’s eight all breed BIS for Dylan and handler Marcelo Veras this year as the now are close to a top 15 ranking.  That's what we call persistence.
