GOOD DAY FOR A BAD BOY

It’s `17 degrees Fahrenheit & snowing in Cleveland. Yet the Lorain County Kennel Club and judge Richard Beauchamp attracted nearly 2000 dogs, on a Thursday yet. Whatever it was outside, inside it was a good day for the Irish Setter, CH Vineyard’s Bad Boy, as he captured the top prize. Bad Boy was already the number one Irish Setter (all breeds). He’s now the number five Sporting Dog.

Joining Bad Boy in the final were the Greyhound, CH Gaia Elfin Dance, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Allure Blzing Star Alisaton, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH J’Cobe Kemosabe Vigilante Justice, the Pug, CH Ivanwold Diva At Riversong, the Chinese Shar-Pei, CH Vaje’s Miss Jayne Hathaway, and the Australian Shepherd, CH Briarbrooks Copyright.

There are nearly 8,000 more points to be had yet this weekend in Cleveland. Makes braving the snow worthwhile.
