MORE MOP UP

Out in the great Lakes Region we had shows in Monroe MI sponsored by the Monroe Kennel Club. We did give you Saturday’s results already. Here’s Sunday’s

CH J’Cobe Kemosabe Vigilante Justice

Guy Spagnolo’s final included the Irish Setter, CH Jewelset Second Attraction, the Wirehaired Dachshund, CH Daybreak's Garden Party W, the Samoyed, CH Stolichnaya, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH J’Cobe Kemosabe Vigilante Justice, the Shih Tzu, CH Xeralane's Face The Music, the Miniature Poodle, CH Splash Di Caprio, and the Australian Cattle Dog, CH Kurpas' Promise Land.

It was the nation’s number two Terrier, the Smooth Fox, Dodger, who walked away with the BIS. Along the way he had to take the Terrier Group over the nation’s number one dog, the Scottish Terrier, CH Roundtown Mercedes Of Maryscot.

CH Rosethorn Unique Answer

Moving on to Freeport IL where the Rockford-Freeport Illinois Kennel Club held two shows. On Saturday judge George Vukich saw the Spinoni Iltaliano, CH Sharpshot Aris, the Wirehaired Dachshund, CH Rosethorn Unique Answer, the Samoyed, CH Polar Mist X-Tasy, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Flair-Rill Versace, the Pekingese, CH Briar-Mar Fan The Fire, the Standard Poodle, CH Dawin Spitfire, and the Bouvier des Flandres, CH Limerick’s Shakespeare.

His BIS was the Dachshund, her first this year. Congratulations to breeder/owner Sheila D Parish and handler Debbie Melgreen.

Sunday, only the Dachshund and Standard poodle would make it back to see Eugene Blake who alos saw the Black Cocker Spaniel, CH EXL’s Leather N Lace, the Bull Mastiff, CH True rit Muscle Mayhem, the Bedlington Terrier, CH Kaylynn’s Strollin In The Park, the Cavalier King Charles Spanie, CH Mondrian VH Lamslag, and the Old English Sheepdog, CH lambluv’s Daydream Believer. BIS went to the big black Poodle, Spitfire, her ninth this year.
