Taking home the set’s last big rosette was the Papillon, Frankie. The Airedale, Splenda, finished the week with two BIS and Sunday’s RBIS. It was the first BIS for four year old Frankie. Congratulations to breeder/owner Sandra Haber and handler Patricia Martello.
