Handler Kaz Hosaka and owners Ron & Debbie Scott are known for their white Toy Poodles, but it was their Black Standard Poodle, GCH CH Brighton Lakeridge Reflections of Me taking back2back BIS at the Mattaponi Kennel Club’s two shows in Manassas VA on May 16th & 17th.

On Saturday judge James Reynolds liked Roxie more than he did his Reserve, the Brittany, GCH CH MACH Brookewood's Just Too Hot CDX RE MXS MJS MXF, whom he liked more than the Black & Tan Coonhound, Bayaway Jerseys Due Process Of Law, the Leonberger, GCH CH A Fenier Eros, the Norfolk Terrier, GCH CH Yarrow Venerie Winning Ticket, the Pug, GCH CH Hill Country’s Tag I’m It, or the Briard, GCH CH Brimar’s Spirit of a Storm.

Sunday Roxie would impress judge Dr Robert Indeglia as did the returning Norfolk, Winston, whom he named his RBIS. Challenging Roxie and Winston were the Gordon Setter, GCH CH Saranac Toblerone, above named Coonhound, the Rottweiler, GCH CH Big Beach's Rhumba Man, the Silky Terrier, GCH CH Dorien Dancin On A Breeze, and the Briard, GCH CH Ne Orageux's Flash Point. The two wins bring Roxie’s 2015 resume to three BIS in eight trips to the final ring.
