The hometown Denton Kennel Club hosted two shows in their Texas hometown on May 9th & 10th. Day one ended with judge Eric Ringle in the final ring with the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Emery’s White Out, the Whippet, GCH CH Debmar Lovin Dixie, the Siberian Husky, CH Unicornhill Perfect Harmony, the Colored Bull Terrier, GCH CH Glentom’s Dirty Harry, the Pug, GCH CH Boolmark's Uncommonly Good, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH R-Lee Sparkle Plenty, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Broadway’s Cruisin Like Royalty of Canyon Lake RN.
GCH CH R-Lee Sparkle Plenty
Finishing one/two were the Whippet, Flirt, and the Shar-Pei, Sparkley. It was the first BIS this year by Flirt and handler Ashlie Whitmore. Congratulations to Ashlie and breeder/owner Deborah Bahm.
GCH CH Reverie Cameo
Flirt would be back in the final ring on Sunday along with the Golden and the Siberian. Joining them were the Bedlington Terrier, GCH CH Carillon Chazzen De Hayyim, the Brussels Griffon, GCH CH Sunny Bear’s Sonic Boom At Shar’s, the Chow Chow, Fu San Texas Legend CGC, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Reverie Cameo.

Judge Alice Inman’s Best was the Aussie, Cameo and her Reserve, the Bedlington, Chaz. It was the second BIS in three final appearances this year for Cameo and breeder/owner/handler Leon Goetz.
