GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse
The country’s Number One Dog, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse, packed up his BIS trophy from Friday’s Champlain Valley Kennel Club show and motored the 250 miles to Oaks PA to pick up the top prize at Saturday’s Valley Forge Kennel Club show.
GCH CH Devinwood A Perfect Stranger
We suppose judge Michael Faulkner might have chosen the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Weymouth’s En Fuego, the 15” Beagle, GCH CH Tashtin’s Lookin for Trouble, the Sealyham Terrier, GCH CH Goodspice Efbe’s Know Easy Way Out, the Longhaired Chihuahua, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Barberry’s Take A Chance On Me, or his RBIS, the Rough Collie, GCH CH Devinwood A Perfect Stranger, but he didn’t.
The win was Matisse’s 229th career BIS. Matisse has just eight days to add to his 2014 record year of 134 BIS and 172 Working Groups.
