We spent the morning with a very patient computer geek debugging my laptop and now we can turn our attention back to the dog show world.  Before focus on today’s shows, let’s tell you about the clusters we left in progress.

First we go back to Lincoln NE to tell you about the Platte Valley Kennel Club Of Fremont, Nebraska’s two shows.  The Bichon Frise, GCH CH Vogelflight’s “Honor” to Pillowtalk, left Lincoln with three big rosettes and a big bounce in the rankings, taking both of the PVKCFN’s BIS as well as Thursday’s opener.  Saturday’s final was in the hands of BIS judge James Reynolds who also liked the Rough Collie, GCH CH Windcrest Blown Away, for the Reserve award.  Rounding out his finalists were the German Wirehaired Pointer, GCH CH Mountain View National Acclaim, the Ibizan Hound, GCH CH Alfheim's Hawaii Five-0, the Bernese Mountain Dog, CH Shadowdance JJ Cale V Plainsong, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, GCH CH Cumhill Hell Raiser, and the Pomeranian, GCH CH CR Chase What Matters.

Honor and the Collie, Jenna, were the only of Saturday’s finalists to make it back to Joe Walton’s BIS ring on Sunday.  Joining them were the English Setter, GCH CH Linwood Resolute's New Beginning RN, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Elmo's Martian Chronicles, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Raklyn's Talbot of Alisaton, the Miniature Bull Terrier, GCH CH Cambria’s Kid n Play, and the King Charles & Ruby English Toy Spaniel, GCH CH LTO Prosperity.

Once again Honor and Jenna would top the seven.  Honor is the nation’s Number Two Non-Sporting Dog with 15 BIS and 78 Group Ones.

GCH CH Clussexx Collaboration with Traddles

When we last visited Alamogordo NM the Old English Sheepdog, GCH CH Bugaboo’s Picture Perfect, had just won the  Chaparral Kennel Club’s Friday opener.  The CKC encored on Saturday with George Boulton in the final ring with the Clumber Spaniel, GCH CH Clussexx Collaboration with Traddles, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, GCH CH Uwanja's Raatum, the Great Dane, GCH CH Naples Tlbrk Dana Sanroque Cause And Effect, the Miniature Bull Terrier, GCH CH Dytona VIP, the Pug, GCH CH Winsome-Nirvana-Blaque Triple Play, the Bulldog, GCH CH Newcomb's Pandemonium @ Beda, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Delux Jumpin' Jack Flash.

Finishing one/two were the Clumber, Seymour, and the Bulldog, Panda.  Seymour is AKC’s Number One Sporting Dog and the Number Five Dog All Breeds with 26 BIS and 53 Sporting Groups.
GCH CH Downhome Hitech Innovator

The Mesilla Valley Kennel Club took over on Sunday and put judge Gloria Kerr in the final ring with the German Shorthaired Pointer, CH Rugerheim-Ehrenvogel Merlot, the Harrier, GCH CH Downhome Hitech Innovator, the above named Great Dane and Mini Bull, the Affenpinscher, GCH CH Tamarin Tarheel, the Chow Chow, GCH CH Dreamland's Wanna Be A Billionaire, and Friday’s BIS winner, the OES, Swagger.

GCH CH Tamarin Tarheel

Judge Kerr would choose the two kennel mates, the Harrier, Chet, and the Affenpinscher, Tarheel, as her top two.  Chet is the US’ Number Two Hound with nine  BIS and 57 Hound Groups.

GCH CH Bugaboo’s Picture Perfect

Kenneth Berg would have the MVKC closer on Monday and his pick of the returning GSP, Harrier, Affenpinscher, Bulldog, & OES, the Bernese Mountain Dog, GCH CH Alpenspirit It’s Our Game, and the Australian Terrier, Huntswood Willin’ and Able of Tobylinn.  He would go with Tarheel, the Affenpinscher, as his Best and the OES, Swagger, as his Reserve.  It’s the second BIS in 21 final appearances this year.
