DANVILLE ILLINOIS KENNEL CLUB

Georgetown IL, a little less than 100 miles west of Indianapolis IN in America’s heartland, was the site of this weekend’s Danville Illinois Kennel Club’s two shows.  Saturday’s final featured the English Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Nonnies No Doubt, the Saluki, GCH CH  Kyzyl Kum Talon Sardius Starr, the Mastiff, GCH CH Millenium Moonshine, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH Garcini Rangels Concerto With TS, the Toy Poodle, CH  Baliwick Honey Boo Boo, the Xoloitzcuintli, Fullibus Aquia, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Grandgables The Frat Boy.

Judge Ken Murray’s BIS was the 15 month old Toy Poodle bitch, Boo Boo.  His RBIS was the multi-BIS winning Sheltie, Brother.  It’s the first BIS for Boo Boo.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Ianthe Bloomquist, co-breeder Barbara Conley, and owner/handler Del Dahl.  We hope to have a photo for you soon.

Sunday, judge Katie Gammill would see the English Setter, GCH CH Aerden’s Pretty in Pink, the Saluki, GCH CH Tamrick’s Touched By An Angel SC, the Bullmastiff, GCH CH Dal Primo Magic Moment, the Border Terrier, GCH CH Meadowlake Pants On Fire, the Toy Poodle, Boo Boo, the Chinese Shar-Pei, CH Kaitak Jolerob Yur Gonna Fly, and the Sheltie, Brother.

Taking the Best In Show was the Setter, KiKi.  Collecting the Reserve award was the Border Terrier.  KiKi now has two BIS and 13 Sporting groups this year.
