As we sit here ringside in Houston we realize that we never told you that yesterday’s BIS winner, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek Impression de Matisse, was also Best at last Sunday’s Kishwaukee Kennel Club in Belvidere IL.  Reserve to Matisse was the Black & Tan Coonhound, CH Southchase’s Wilbert Roy.  Rounding out judge Carolyn Taylor’s final were the English Setter, GCH CH Aerden’s Pretty In Pink JH, the Australian Terrier, GCH CH Temora Ri Diercc, the Pug, GCH CH Hill country’s Tag I’m It, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Dawin’s Hearts on Fire, and the German Shepherd Dog, CH Anne-Isle Ingo V Kenlyn.
