The second time around would be lovelier for the Corgi, Libby, as she walked away with the Best In Show.  Reserve went to the Bull Terrier, Yum Yum.  Libby and handler Sherri Hurst have more Herding Groups than any other Cardigan Welsh Corgi in history (120) of all time and 19 career, including seven BIS this year.
