GCH CH Caper’s Sirius Endeavor

Our Monday Morning Mop Up features one of our most reliable Toy Dogs, the Pug, GCH CH Caper’s Sirius Endeavor.  Rufus and owner/handler Linda Rowell have been among the Top Ten Toy Dogs for the past two seasons.   Rufus and Linda have been in their home state of Florida these past two weekends collecting four straight BIS.

Last weekend they took in the Heartland Dog Club of Florida’s two shows in Zolfo Springs.  On Saturday Peter Green found Rufus and the English Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Fieldstone Carousel Hell's Kitchen, among the Whippet, GCH CH Karasar's Remembrence, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Snowmist's Quidditch Seeker, the American Staffordshire Terrier, GCH CH Diablos Queen Sophie Anne, the French Bulldog, GCH CH Motif's Hemingways Whiskey, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Get Over It.

Sunday Rufus and the previously seen Whippet, Britanee, and Saturday’s RBIS, the English Cocker, Gordon, were Peter Dawkins choices while the Doberman Pinscher, CH Monarch's Cold Play, the West Highland White Terrier, CH White Oaks Invincible Snowplow, the Chinese Shar-Pei, CH Jade East Is This The Way To Amarillo, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Sunburst One Cool Dude, looked on.

The past two days Rufus and Linda have been in Vero Beach with the Treasure Coast Kennel Club of Florida.  Saturday’s final was in the hands of Ann Inman who chose Rufus and the Briard, CH Majestique's Hugs & Kisses Of Mystic Oaks, the Golden Retriever, Gemini's True Blue Hank BN RN NAP JH, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, CH Hunter's Ridge Sure Shot By Kwetu, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Cambria's Mint Condition, the Kerry Blue Terrier, CH Edbrios Russian Roulette, and the French Bulldog, GCH CH Bandog's Major League Homerun At TX Star.

Rufus and the same Frenchie, Mickey, were William Usherwood’s top two on Sunday.  Also vying for his attention were the Golden Retriever, CH Magik's Golden Knight, the above named Rhodesian and Doberman, the Kerry Blue Terrier, CH Edbrios Russian Roulette, and the aforementioned Briard.

Rufus now has 21 career BIS, five this year, good enough to make him the Number Three Toy Dog.
