We have spent much of the last 24 hours restoring Dog Show Poop to its original format after a hiccup in the mobile template scrambled the contents.  Now we can turn our attention back to reporting show results.

Last weekend SOCAL (southern California) residents gathered in San Bernardino CA for the Orange Empire Kennel Club’s two all breed shows.  On Saturday Charlotte McGowan had the superlative seven of the English Setter, GCH CH Oakley’s B’Dazzled, the Bloodhound, GCH CH Quiet Creek’s Kiss and Tell, the Boxer, GCH CH Maxl’s Stay Gold, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH AfterAll Painting the Sky, the Pomeranian, GCH CH CR Chase What Matters, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH PaRay’s Power & Privilege, and the Australian Shepherd,  Wind Spirit Nobody Does It Better.

Her top two were the Wire Fox, Sky, and the Boxer, Hudson.  It’s the third BIS and the 14th straight Terrier Group for Sky this year.

Sunday Sky and handler Gabriel Rangel would be back, along above named Bloodhound and Pom, with to see BISA judge Patricia Nemirovsky de Alsina.  They would be joined by the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Caran's Days Of Future Passed OA OAJ, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Tiburon Arsenal, the Miniature Poodle, GCH CH Durandel Bella Donna, and the Shetland Sheepdog, CH PaRay Preferential.

She would select the Doberman as her Reserve, and the Bloodhound, Kissy, as her Best In Show.  It’s the first BIS this year for Kissy who finished 2012 as the Number Four Hound with seven BIS and 35 Hound Groups.  Congratulations to breeders/owners Susan Lacroix & Heather Whitcomb and handlers Bruce and Tara Schultz.

This report was contributed by Kathy & Julie Jones (The Basenji Sisters) whose Basenji, GCH CH Jasiri-Sukari Win Tin Tin, collected two Hound Group Twos at the OEKC’s two shows.   Remember, anyone can be a Dog Show Poop contributor.  Just send us in a show report with the names of the BIS, RBIS, and seven Group winners, and we will feature your dog along with the other winners.
