GCH CH Tamarin Top Banana

We still have results from the weekend coming in and we will start this morning with the Puyallup Valley Dog Fanciers two shows in Puyallup WA.

The all breed action was preceded on Friday by the 2012 National Specialty of the Affenpinscher Club of America.  Judge Dana Plonkey’s BISS was  GCH CH Tamarin Top Banana, his Best of Opposite Sex was CH Xela's Party Hat, his Winners Dog & Best of Winners was Xela's Party Tric, and his Winners Bitch was Blanc Periwinkle It's All About Me.

It’s the second consecutive national title for Topper and handler Jorge Olivera.  Topper  has one all breed BIS this year as well as 13 Toy Group Firsts.  Congratulations to Jorge, breeders Tamarin Kennels, Tracy Kahlo, & Suzy Stremel, and owner Myrna Kahlo.

GCH CH Eskai's Sir Kasper

The all breed action began on Saturday.  The day one final was called by Dana Plonkey who had his pick of the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Shadowland's Pause For Applause At Tristar CD RA, the Redbone Coonhound, GCH CH Eskai's Sir Kasper, the Standard Schnauzer, GCH CH Charisma Maxim Von Diablo, the Scottish Terrier, GCH CH McVan's Be Bop Baby, the Papillon, CH Jareaux Rip It Up La Ren, the Chow Chow, GCH CH Moonshine's Stolen Moments, and the Belgian Tervuren, GCH CH Sky Acres Flying Solo.

Day one went to the Coonhound, Kasper.  It was his first BIS of the year in seven final appearances.  Congratulations to breeder Michael Coombs and owner Steven Hendrix.

Sunday John Madeiros would see an all new seven, the Irish Water Spaniel, GCH CH Whistlestop's Fire & Ice, the Irish Wolfhound, GCH CH Nalaney's Padraig, the Boxer, GCH CH Raintree's The Recruit, the American Staffordshire Terrier, GCH CH Alpine's Highwayman, the Affenpinscher, Topper, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Lakeridge Wild Bill Hickok Of Maplewood, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH C-Myste Baledwr Free To Disagree.

Best went to the Boxer, Danny.  It’s the first for Danny.  Congratulations to breeders Susann & Patrick Holmes, owners Dick & Patricia Dye, and handler Carmen Ruby.
