BALTIMORE COUNTY KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH AfterAll Painting the Sky

Many of the heavyweights of the dog world were in Timonium MD this week for the big points and titles of the some of the nation’s most prestigious shows.  The seven that lined up for Col Joe Purkhiser’s final today were the English Springer Spaniel, GCH Ch Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CCH Celestial CJ’s All’s Well That Ends well, the Giant Schnauzer, GCH CH Skansen’s Holy Knight, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH AfterAll Painting the Sky, the Pug, GCH CH Riversong’s Doc Holiday, the Tibetan Spaniel, GCH CH Kan Sing’s Tenzin, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Wolf Creek Galaxy Of Merivern.

Today’s Baltimore County Kennel Club BIS was the Wire, Sky.  The appropriately named Wire has been on a meteoric rise since bursting on the scene the week after Westminster.  We suspect that when we tabulate this week’s numbers we will find that Sky’s sixth BIS will be good enough to put her in the Top Ten Dogs All Breeds.
