GCH CH Starline’s Chanel
We have seen most of the breed judging here in Orlando FL at the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship and while we are waiting for the evening’s festivities, we will tell you what’s happening in Ohio and Pennsylvania. First from the Delaware Water Gap Kennel Club show in Allentown PA, we hear the final seven in Carl Gomes ring were the Labrador Retriever, GCH CH Casbar's Hart to Hart, the Whippet, GCH CH Starline’s Chanel, the Great Dane, GCH CH Lobato’s Jitterbug Man, the Miniature Schnauzer, CH Blythwood‘s Billy The Kid, the Pekingese, GCH CH Palace Garden Malachy, a Standard Poodle from the Bred By Exhibitor bitch class, Alaman’s Miss Zenyatta, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins.
Best In Show went to the country’s Number One Hound, the Whippet, Chanel. While we miss having Chanel and handler Lori Wilson here in Orlando, we are happy to see them collect their record 68th BIS.
Meanwhile in Cleveland OH the Richland County Kennel Club took the Saturday spot. Judge Karen McFarland chose her Best of the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Summit’s Emery It’s In the Bag, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH Celestial CJ’s Hearts on Fire, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Husk Varna’s Destined To Win, the Scottish Terrier, GCH CH McCann’s Be Bob Baby, the Blenheim & Prince Charles English Toy spaniel, GCH CH Loudon’s Backloads to Paris, the Bichon Frise, GCH CH Saks Hama lot Little Drummer Boy, and the Bouvier des Flandres, GCH CH Wise Choice Gelato.
Picking up the back2back BIS wars the Golden, Chloe. Chloe’s closing out the year in a big way with ten all breed Bests.
