Our show week gets underway tomorrow, with the first of 28 all breed shows in eleven locales.

If you are looking for a multiple show venue try Muncie IN where the Muncie Kennel Club & the Anderson Kennel Club will kick off four all breed shows tomorrow or Topeka KS where the Greater Emporia Kennel Club & the Jesse James Kennel Club will do the same starting Friday.

Here in Memphis TN fanciers in town for Elvis Week can stay over for the Memphis Kennel Club’s two shows just a few minutes down the street from Graceland in Southaven MS.  Toy Dog enthusiasts can start early and take in the Memphis Toy Dog Club’s two limited breed shows on Thursday & Friday.  Likewise exhibitors in the Pacific Northwest can arrive on Thursday in Enumclaw WA for the Rainer Sporting Dog Association limited breed event on Thursday, take in one of the 18 specialty shows on Friday, and still do the Olympic Kennel Club’s two all breed shows on the weekend.

New Yorkers can head upstate to Apalachin for three shows with the Susque-Nango Kennel Club & the Tioga County Kennel Club.   Wisconsin residents likewise can pick up three in Marshfield courtesy of the Wisconsin Rapids Kennel Club & the Marshfield Area Kennel Club.

The remaining shows are of the tradition Saturday/Sunday type.  Check out the hometown efforts of the St Clairsville Ohio Kennel Club, the Greeley (CO) Kennel Club, & the Reno (NV) Kennel Club.  You can also get two from the Wachusett Kennel Club in Fitchburg MA or from the West Oahu Kennel Club in Ewa HI.

Whether it’s blue suede shoes in Memphis or flip flops on Waikiki Beach, you can have a dog show in a fun place this weekend.  Do it!
